Perry Spataro & Dennis D'Alessio are both graduates of the Marshall School of Business at USC. They have founded a number of companies in the manufacturing and aerospace industry, Mighty Green, Yellowpages.com and CalyFx. Their entrepreneurial spirit led them to investing in a wide range of real estate from apartment complexes to industrial buildings and eventually forming Idaho Pacific Investments which specializes in the development of extraordinary properties.

Both Dennis and Perry reside in Newport Beach, CA and are avid boaters, scuba divers and skiers.
